Orders under $40 are available for pickup by appointment at a mutually agreed public location. Our home address is not a pickup location.
Unused, non-custom items may be returned within 14 days after delivery. Contact Christina first for help with the return process.
Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Contact Christina within 7 days if an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Custom and personalized pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged or differ from the approved details.
