Unused, non-custom items may be returned within 14 days after delivery. Please contact Christina first so she can help with the return process. Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds & issues
Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact Christina within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos so she can make it right.
Custom and personalized items
Because custom and personalized pieces are made especially for you, they are final sale unless they arrive damaged or differ from the approved order details.
Changes or cancellation
Need to change or cancel an order? Contact Christina as soon as possible. Orders can be canceled before work has begun; once a custom item is in progress, cancellation may not be available.
Privacy
We collect the name, address, email, and order details needed to provide shipping quotes and complete purchases. Shipping details are shared securely with Shippo for carrier rates, and checkout is handled by Stripe. We do not sell personal information.
